the funniest things happen when

.........you don't see 'em comin'! Ha! This morning I caught Bellaire and Blossom getting all crazy with each other about a stick. This was no ordinary stick. It had to be about a yard stick in length. I say had because they kept playing tug of war. Little by little the stick dwindled down to about a foot. At which point Bellaire was the quickest and raaaaaaannnnnn away. Blossom looked at me laughing and she seemed to be disgruntled. As if to say, " Seriously? Are you going to let her get away with this?" Then she ran into the house with her ears pointing back.


Bwahhhahahaha I am still laughing. The whole scene was too cute.

Last night was cold.

You know how I know this? I caught them all huddled in one tiny carrier. They don't really like to share with one dog let alone two. They each have their own little house that they've claimed so this caught me by surprise.


Beaumont is a Momma's boy. He likes to be right by my side in general. Bellaire is a lap puppy all the way. Blossom however is my adhd girl. I am actually thinking that she is going to be the one to get me healthy again....one walk a day doesn't cut it for her. I just don't understand how a 5lb furball can be so energetic.

Well right now they are taking in the sun on the wintered grass out back.

Oh the drama.

Bluebonnet Biewers

Here in this house our Beau is all a twitter. As in Twitterpated. Do we remember this term? Bambi anyone? Well it's an oldie but goodie. I love the was Beau looks at Bella with awe and inspiration. Bella and Blossom play together as though Beau does not exist sometimes. He must feel like the boy from Ipanema. I hope that their "time" comes soon so Beau doesn't have to live with this unrequited love for long.
